This ‘hooped crinoline’ style petticoat is steel boned and made with multiple layers of fabric, each one edged with a selection of rare, vintage and contemporary laces. These are designed to fill out a range of bridal and formal skirts to create stunning volume.
I tend to make these with an adjustable elasticated waistband for comfort under a corset and versatility.
